The conference organizers will issue the letter of invitation to whom registered successfully. The letter of invitation must be submitted to the embassy when applying for a visa.

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation from the conference organizers can request one by contacting the ICTA conference secretariat at icta@ictu.edu.vn.
